Our weekend stay at the hotel in room 707 was delightful. The rooms were super clean with all amenities replenished daily, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The adjoining space for a sitting area was a nice bonus, making our stay comfortable. The service, except for a few minor incidents, was very nice and helpful. The location, especially with its wonderful views and proximity to the Old City, was fantastic. The dining experience, albeit a bit pricey, was decent with a lovely outdoor patio. Overall, a great value for the money.

I stayed at this hotel in Jerusalem for several days and found it to be a mixed experience. The location is amazing with lovely views of Mount Zion and it's very handy for the Old City, but there were some service issues that detracted from the overall stay. The rooms were clean with a terrace, but the lack of an elevator and poorly trained staff were noticeable drawbacks.
